近日,杭州水处理技术研究开发中心有限公司(以下简称杭州水处理中心)经过研究团队的技术攻关,利用多膜耦合技术在分子筛催化剂生产领域实现新突破,并且“1500吨/年双极膜电渗析制备H型ZHP分子筛的工业示范”项目通过中国石化(600028)科技部组织的技术评议。分子筛催化剂是石油炼制、石油化工和精细化工等石化工业关键技术之一,传统制备工艺生产过程中产生大量的含盐、氨氮和COD废水,面对日益严格的环保法规和企业提质增效的需求,受中国石油(601857)化工有限公司委托,由石科院牵头,杭州水处理中心、催化剂公司三家单位共同承担“1500吨/年双极膜电渗析制备H型ZHP分子筛”项目,首次在石油化工催化剂领域创新性地将超滤、电渗析和双极膜电渗析等多膜耦合技术嵌入ZHP(MFI结构)分子筛催化剂生产过程,该项目已于今年5月正式投产。多膜耦合技术由杭州水处理中心负责,该技术实现分子筛催化剂生产中产生的酸、碱、模板剂、硅胶和淡化水的全组分资源化利用,氨水零排放。制备的H型ZHP分子筛催化剂各项性能指标高于传统工艺,实现“增效降本”双赢模式。作为“国家液体分离膜工程技术研究中心”,杭州水处理中心一直走在膜分离研究的前列,在技术创新和产品研发中不断加大投入力度,建立创新中心,并设膜与膜材料研究室、工艺研究室、装备研究所等多个研究室,为市场拓展、新工艺开发、新产品研究打下坚实的基础,截止目前,杭州水处理中...

1、敞开式循环冷却水系统产生的问题:腐蚀、结垢、微生物生长。2、敞开式循环冷却水处理的重要性:减少腐蚀、防止结垢、控制微生物及生物粘泥形成。如前所述,循环水长期循环使用后,必然会带来沉积物附着、金属腐蚀和微生物滋生这三个问题,而循环水处理就是通过水质处理的办法解决这些问题。这样做法的好处如下:(1)保持设备的正常运转:没有沉积物附着、腐蚀穿孔和粘泥堵塞等危害,循环水系统中的换热器就可以始终在良好的环境中工作。除计划中的检修外,意外的检修事故就会减少,从而在循环水方面为设备的正常运转提供了最有效的运行保证。(2)节约水资源:如果某企业采用直流冷却水系统,则每小时耗水量达23500m3;若改为循环冷却水系统后以1.5倍的浓缩倍数运行,每小时耗水量降为1100m3,如果将浓缩倍数提高到3倍,则每小时耗水量只需550m3。节水效果明显。(3)节省电力、降低能耗:资料介绍,当机组蒸发压力一定时,冷凝温度每增加1℃,压缩机单位制冷理的耗功率将增加3~4%。据中央空调机组运行数据表明,凡未进行水处理的空调机组运行电耗将增加10~30%。若机组容量300RT,设备效率0.78KW/RT,平均负荷80%,一年运行5000小时,则一年多浪费电力为:300×80%×0.78×5000×(10-30%)=9.36-28.08万度。若每度电1.20元,则浪费电费11....
